| Notes: A number of campaigns put out Christmas-themed
ads. The Giuliani ad is most similar to the Clinton ad "Presents"
in that it is clever and works in a bit of policy. The Giuliani campaign
also produced a 30-second web holiday video, "Same Gift," in a similar
vein, featuring Giuliani in a red sweater next to Santa Claus:
Giuliani: With the primaries coming so early this year, I've got to tell you, I'm having a little trouble getting my holiday shopping done. So I'll be working to get everyone the same gift: A safe America, lower taxes, secure borders, job growth, fiscal discipline, strict constructionist judges and probably a fruit cake or something.
