Obama clip from speech (in English): There is not a liberal America and a conservative America; there is the United States of America.

Announcer: Barack Obama is talking to me.

He's faced many of the same challenges my family has faced.

His parents weren't rich. But by working hard he won a scholarship and found his way - graduating from Harvard Law School.

But instead of accepting a high paying job Obama opted to work with churches helping the most vulnerable people in his community.

Obama (in English): In this election, in this moment, let us reach for what we know is possible.

Announcer: Obama is talking to me.

To give us the opportunity for a college education and ensure my parents and grandparents have health care.

That's why I'm talking to everyone — my parents, my uncles, and my friends — because politics isn't just for those who like to fight, it's for those who want to build a better future.

Obama is talking to me, and he's talking to you too.

Obama (in Spanish): I am Barack Obama and I approve this message.

ed. could not obtain transcript in Spanish...have tried to roughly sketch in some of the words...
