Communications. Communications director for President Bush's inauguration
in January 2001. Spokesman during the recount in Florida. Senior
communications advisor on then Gov. Bush's 2000 campaign and managed the
program for the 2000 Republican National Convention in Philadelphia.
In 1996 served as Director of Communications and Congressional Affairs
at the RNC under then Chairman Haley Barbour. A principal drafter
