Wayne Allard's (R-CO) 2002 re-election campaign.  Managed Bill Owens' (R-CO) 1998 gubernatorial campaign.  Worked on Rep. Wayne Allard's campaign for U.S. Senate in Colorado in 1996.  Graduate of Colorado State University at Pueblo with a degree in political science.

Finance director on John Thune's 2004 U.S. Senate race.  In 2002 she was serving as managing director of Center for the New West, a conservative think tank at that time based in Denver.

Bush, 2001-03.  Co-host of CNN's "Crossfire;" political commentator.  Co-author of All's Fair: Love, War and Running for President (1994).  Political director for President George Bush's reelection campaign in 1992.  B.A. in political science from Western Illinois University, in 1978 after earlier dropping out.

Political director for the NRSC during the 2002 election cycle.  Campaign manager of Allen’s successful bid for the U.S Senate in 2000.  Executive director of the Republican Party of Virginia.  Political director for then-Governor Allen and an assistant Secretary of Administration.  Worked on Allen's 1993 campaign for Governor.  Legislative assistant to then-Congressman Allen.  Political director on Allen's 1991 race for Congress.  Served in the U.S. Marines Corps in the Persian Gulf War achieving the rank of Sergeant.  1989 graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in political science and international affairs.

(from the beginning of Jan. 2006)  Founder and principal of Quinn Gillespie & Associates, a bipartisan public affairs firm formed in 2000.  Chairman of the Republican National Committee during the 2004 election cycle (announced June 16, 2003; elected July 25).  President and CEO of Policy Impact Communications.  Communications director for President Bush's inauguration in January 2001.  Spokesman during the recount in Florida.  Senior communications advisor on then Gov. Bush's 2000 campaign and managed the program for the 2000 Republican National Convention in Philadelphia.  In 1996 served as Director of Communications and Congressional Affairs at the RNC under then Chairman Haley Barbour.  A principal drafter of the “Contract with America,” which helped Republicans gain control of the House in 1994.  Worked for over a decade as an aide to former House Majority Leader Dick Armey (R-TX) starting in 1985.  Interned for Rep. Andy Ireland (R-FL).  Started working on Capitol Hill as a Senate parking lot attendant while at CUA.  Graduate of the Catholic University of America, B.A. in Political Science (1983).  Originally from New Jersey.
