About this Site:
Someone in the (302) area code is hoping to make some money by selling the address.

The text across the top reads, "Public forum: Post your opinion on Biden's chances in 2008" and "Our Domain Name is For Sale: Click for details"

The first posting was on July 1, 2005 and there are a couple of other postings, the most recent of which, dated Feb. 19, 2006, asks the question "Hair plugs or no hair plugs?"

Also of note:
There was an independent site advocating Biden in the last cycle.  In July 2003, Jack O'Toole of Charleston, SC put up a site at biden04.com.
