Murphy Putnam Shorr & Partners, one of the nationís top Democratic
media firms. Managed the late Missouri Gov. Mel Carnahan's 2000 U.S.
Senate campaign in which Carnahan, who died in a plane crash three weeks
before the election, defeated the then-incumbent Sen. John Ashcroft.
Chief of Staff to Gov. Mel Carnahan and managed Carnahanís successful campaign
for governor in 1992. Masterís degree in Public Policy from the University
of Chicago and a Masterís degree in Political Science from the University

Clinton and Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton.

reorganized his leadership PAC; Americans for Responsible Leadership, formed
in 1999, was renamed All America PAC. Steve Bouchard, who
served as Ohio Director for ACT in summer and fall 2004 and earlier was
State Director for Wesley Clark's and for Sen. Bob Graham's campaigns in
the 2004 NH primary campaign, headed up the PAC but left in Dec. 2005.
