Polk County to Hold County Kickoff Meeting Tomorrow with Former Governor Tom Vilsack
DES MOINES, IA – Today Iowans for Hillary announced the launch of 99 County Kickoff meetings to be held in each of Iowa’s 99 counties. Throughout the month of August, organizers and leaders of Iowans for Hillary will hold organizational meetings to discuss Hillary’s experience and vision for America as well as organize each county for a successful Caucus Night in January. Across the entire state, dedicated staff, volunteers, County Coordinators, supporters and undecided voters, will unite and launch the next phase of Senator Clinton’s campaign.
“We understand that success in the Iowa Caucuses is based upon a precinct to precinct, neighbor to neighbor organizing effort.” said Iowans for Hillary Field Director Denise Feriozzi. “Our 99 County Kickoff meetings are designed to engage local activists and supporters and take the campaign to the next level.”
“I am proud of my team in Iowa for blanketing the state to share my vision and record of accomplishment with Iowa caucus-goers,” said Senator Clinton. “With hard work, and a strong organization, we can be successful this January. The road to the White House begins in Iowa.”
Hillary Clinton is battle tested and has the experience and political will to solve our nation’s most serious problems; from ending the war in Iraq to delivering universal health care to every American.
Polk county will hold its County Kickoff meeting tomorrow evening at the Iowans for Hillary Headquarters with special guest former Governor Tom Vilsack.
