(announced April 3, 2008)  Previously communications director for the West Virginia State Democratic Party starting in late 2006.  In Fall 2006 Sergent worked as a DNC organizer for North Central West Virginia, as part of Howard Dean's 50-state strategy.  National advance staffer on the Kerry-Edwards ’04 campaign.  Member of Sen. Jay Rockefeller's press team in Washington, DC, 2002-04.  Graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  Huntington native.  Sergent was the 2007 West Virginia Young Democrat of the Year.

(announced April 3, 2008)  Previously worked on the Iowa caucus campaign, then as communications director on the Colorado campaign and most recently on the Texas campaign.  In 2006 Santillo served as spokesperson for Tim Mahoney for Congress in Florida.
