DODD CAMPAIGN ANNOUNCES NEW HAMPSHIRE DELEGATE SELECTIONS FOR THE DEMOCRATIC NATIONAL CONVENTION

MANCHESTER - The Chris Dodd for President Campaign announced today the 14 individuals selected as New Hampshire delegates for Chris Dodd.  The District Level Delegate Caucuses were held this morning in Manchester and Concord.  In accordance with New Hampshire Democratic Party rules, four men and three women were chosen to represent Chris Dodd from the First Congressional District.  Three men and four women were chosen from the Second Congressional District.

"The campaign is proud to see such a diverse group of supporters being chosen to represent Chris Dodd at the Democratic National Convention in Denver," said Dodd New Hampshire Press Secretary Bryan DeAngelis.  "The campaign and its supporters are energized for the upcoming primary and looking forward to choosing Chris Dodd as our Democratic nominee."

Below are the names of the 14 individuals listed by congressional district in order of the number of votes received:

1st Congressional District:

Mark Mitchell
Mark is the Chris Dodd for President Strafford County Co-Chair.  Recently elected Town Chair of Barrington, Mark retired as a New Hampshire State Police detective and charter member of the New Hampshire State Police Technical Accident Reconstruction Team, where he served for over sixteen years.

Cinde Warmington
Cinde Warmington is the Chair of Belknap County for Dodd. She served on Senator John Kerry's New Hampshire Steering Committee in 2003 and 2004.  She currently serves as the Gilford Town Chair of the New Hampshire Democratic Party, and is an attorney with the law firm of Sulloway & Hollis, P.L.L.C. in Concord, where she primarily represents health care providers and non-profit organizations.

Mike Farley
Mike is a State Representative from Manchester Ward 8.  He serves on Dodd's NH Steering Committee as the chair of Hillsborough County.

Marcia Moody
Marcia is in her second term as a State Representative for Newmarket.  She serves on the Chris Dodd for President Steering Committee.

George McKinney
George is a local small business owner in Manchester.  He owns Premier Palette on Elm Street with his wife Zelma McKinney.

Zelma McKinney
Zelma McKinney is a local small business owner in Manchester. She is the treasurer of the New Hampshire Democratic Party's Black Caucus and was instrumental in the creation of the Manchester City Democrats' Black Caucus.

Chris Kennedy
Chris is a young professional living in Manchester.  He previously worked as a NH State Senate Legislative Aide and is a veteran of the 2006 NH Senate Democratic Caucus Field Operation for the Lakes Region.
 

2nd Congressional District:

Mary Stuart Gile
Mary is serving her sixth term in the New Hampshire House representing Concord and is a member of Senator Dodd's steering committee.  She is a professor of Early Childhood Education at NH Technical Institute in Concord.  She formed the NH Legislative Caucus for Young Children and has been one of the foremost advocates for children's issues in the New Hampshire legislature.  She is currently the chair of the House Committee on Children & Family Law.

Jim McConaha
Jim is a resident of Concord and an active member in New Hampshire politics.  Jim was a supporter of Senator John Kerry in 2003-04. He was an early supporter of Senator Dodd's and serves on his Steering Committee.

Beth Campbell
Beth is a member of Dodd's New Hampshire Steering Committee.  She is also the treasurer of the Merrimack County Democratic Committee and was recently named co-chair of the NHDP Labor Caucus. She is a former 1st vice chair of SEIU local 1984, the NH State Employees Association.

Pat Clark
Pat is a resident of Tilton and the chair of New Hampshire Veterans for Dodd. A longtime Democratic activist, Pat has served on numerous Presidential campaigns and was instrumental in Kathy Sgambati's organization during her campaign in 2006.

Marcie Mullaney
Marcie is a resident of New Boston and the wife of Democratic Town Chair Henry Mullaney.  Marcie is a member of Dodd's New Hampshire Steering Committee.

Henry Mullaney
Henry is the Democratic Town Chair in New Boston and a member of the Chris Dodd for President Steering Committee. He attended Providence College with Senator Dodd graduating in 1965.

Anna Tilton
Anna Tilton is the Co-Chair of Cheshire County for Dodd. She currently resides in Marlborough, NH and serves as the Cheshire County Register of Probate. She is also the 2nd Vice Chair of the Cheshire County Democrats and previously served as the Chair.
