Barack Obama visited Iowa on February 10-11, 2007.  On the afternoon of February 10 he held a town hall meeting at Kennedy High School in Cedar Rapids; and in the evening he did a community meet-and-greet at Central Middle School Gymnasium in Waterloo.  On February 11 he started delivering breakfast remarks at the home of Tom and Patty Friend in Iowa Falls; did a press conference, then rallied with students and community in Beyer Gymnasium at Beyer Hall at Iowa State University in Ames; and headed on to Chicago and New Hampshire.

Barack Obama appeared with 1st CD congressional candidate Bruce Braley at Eisenhower Elementary School gymnasium in Davenport, Iowa on September 30, 2006.  (Earlier in the day he spoke at a fundraiser for IL-17 congressional candidate Phil Hare at Plumbers & Pipefitters Hall in Rock Island, IL).
