| March 14, 2007--Sen. Chuck Hagel (R-NE) addressed the IAFF 2008 Presidential Forum. Hagel, who on March 12 announced that he would make a decision on his political future later in the year, was the only prospect to speak who has not formed an exploratory or campaign committee. He spoke at last year's conference and at that time asked to speak here. |
