Oct. 8, 2005--Making his fifth visit of the year to Iowa, Sen. Sam Brownback addressed Iowans for Tax Relief's Iowa Taxpayers' Day in Des Moines.  Iowans for Tax Relief, formed by David Stanley in 1978, is a non-partisan, non-political group that "works and speaks for all Iowa taxpayers on tax and spending issues."
