January 16, 2006--Gov. Mike Huckabee spoke at the Sioux County Republicans' precinct caucus meeting at Sioux Center High School's Te Paske Theatre in Sioux Center (Sioux County).  Approximately 160 people attended.  Sioux County, in Iowa's Northwest corner,  is the most "red" county in Iowa.  In 2004 President Bush obtained 14,229 votes to 2,259 for Kerry, or 85.9% of the 16,570 votes cast in the county.  The 11,970 margin was bigger than Bush's statewide margin of 10,059 votes.  Below, Gov.
