Chuck Larson, a Major in the U.S. Army Reserve's 372nd Engineer Group, served in the Sunni Triangle.  He has founded Operation Iraqi Hope "to provide Iraqi communities with basic necessities such as school and medical supplies."  Larson is a former Iowa State Senator from Cedar Rapids and a former chair of the Iowa Republican Party.
