Christopher Saunders came from Union Grove, WI to participate in the rally.

Quesstion: Why are you at this rally?

To protest Cindy Sheehan and all of the radical liberals that came out here to oppose the war and oppose President Bush and pretty much everything that the President's doing.  This [the protests yesterday] wasn't really an anti-war--it's pretty much an anti-Bush rally.  They rallied against everything, not just the war.  Primarily the war, but pretty much everything the President's doing.  We came out here to protest them and support the President.

Question: Why were there so many more of them yesterday?

We have jobs.  We're busy people; we have lives.  We can't take time out to march.  I mean we lead very busy lives.  I took time off of work to be down here.  The vast majority of conservatives or Republicans are very, very busy.  We don't have time to do this.  I think it's amazing that we've got people down here...

Question: Should we do anything differently in Iraq?  They're saying we should pull out.

No, absolutely not pull out.  If we pull out now, it's Iraqi civil war.

Question: They say it's basically a civil war right now.

No it's not.  No it's not.  That's just what the media reports.  We are winning the war in Iraq.  If we pull out, it'll be chaos.  They've had elections.  They're writing a constitution.  They've accomplished that in a few short years.  I think that's amazing.  That would never happen anywhere else.  If France or Germany invaded the country, it'd be over 20 years and they would get nothing done...
