Bush as a Department of Agriculture liaison to the former European Communist countries.  Bachelors degree in business administration from the University of Mississippi and a masters degree in business administration from Baylor University, 1989.  Co-chairman of Mississippi for Bush-Cheney 2000 and 2004.
