| February 28, 2006--A majority of governors showed up to hear former President Bill Clinton's speech at the closing plenary. In May 2005 the William J. Clinton Foundation and the American Heart Association announced the Alliance for a Healthier Generation initiative to address childhood obesity. With an $8 million grant from the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation the Alliance recently launched a Healthy Schools Program. | |
