February 25, 2006--NGA Chair Gov. Mike Huckabee (R-AR) opened the plenary sesion of the Healthy America Forum, which had the theme "Creating Healthy States." Below Joan Benoit Samuelson, co-chair of the Maine Governor's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports, recognized Huckabee with an award. Huckabee said the honor was as close as he'd probably get to an Olympic medal.
