April 12, 2006--Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich spoke at an event
sponsored by the Amherst and Milford Republican Committees and Souhegan
Valley Republican Women at the Souhegan Boys and Girls Club in Milford.
About 250 people attended the event which raised money for Milford, Amherst,
and Mont Vernon Republican candidates for the state legislature.
Gingrich addressed topics including immigration, Iraq, out of control federal
spending, and health care. He also took questions from the audience. (Above) Milford Republican Committee Chairman Steve Borostyan presents
