Sue Lowden

(elected chair on April 21, 2007) A director and executive vice president of the Archon Corporation since its formation.  Served as a director of Sahara Resorts before it was sold in 1995.  A founding board member of Commercial Bank of Nevada.  Lowden served as a Nevada State Senator from Nov. 1992-96.  Prior to that she worked for the Las Vegas CBS affiliate KLAS Channel 8 from 1977-87 as an anchorwoman, reporter, writer and producer of television news.

Pete Ernaut - Founder (Jan. 2000) and president of Ernaut Strategies Inc.  Partner and president of public affairs in the Reno office of R&R (started there Sept. 2004).  Previously managing director of governmental affairs and public policy with the Jones Vargas law firm in Reno (started there Jan. 2001).  Chief of staff to Gov. Kenny Guinn during his first year in office.  Managed Kenny Guinn's 1998 gubernatorial campaign.  Assemblyman from 1992-98.  Bachelor's degree in political science/political history from the University of Southern California.  Native of Elko.
