| March 31, 2007--Sen. Barack Obama held a "Hope, Action, Change" community meeting at Onawa Community Library in Iowa that was webcast live to thousands of other locations around the country (the campaign reported more than 5,000 locations) including this one at Dupont Circle. |

| After playing an introductory DVD provided by the campaign, the volunteer organizers attempted to connect to webcast, but the campaign's server seemed to be overwhelmed and the connection was very spotty. |
