January 18-19, 2007-Steve Duprey, who is a national advisor to the McCain exploratory committee, buttonholed RNC members.  Duprey served a couple of stints as New Hampshire GOP chairman, the most recent from Jan. 1997-Jan. 2001.  (Below) Kansas Republican National Committeeman Stephen R Cloud is supporting Sen. McCain.  Cloud said of McCain, "He is just a very straightforward candidate...you just know where he stands."  Cloud is CEO and Chairman, IBT Inc. and a former state legislator.
