January 18, 2007-David Norcross, chairmain of the RNC Standing Committee on Rules, assisted by RNC chief counsel Tom Josefiak and associate counsel Lauren Brown Sigler, led the 56-person committee as it considered Rules 1-11 of the Republican Party.  The committee will continue its consideration of the rules at the Summer Meeting in August.  The rules will ultimately be adopted by the 2008 Republican National Convention in Minneapolis-St. Paul and will guide the party for the following four years.  (Below) Committeeman Steve Roberts of Iowa speaks during the meeting.
