March 21, 2008--Roughly a month before the April 22 primary, Obama for America Pennsylvania headquarters at 1500 Sansom Street, 4th Floor in Philadelphia is a hive of activity.

Caitlin Howard, a volunteer from Columbia, Maryland, came up for the weekend to help register voters.  She also helped the campaign during the Potomac primaries and in Youngstown, Ohio.
