Candidates: Sen. Joe Biden, Sen. Hillary Clinton, Sen. Chris Dodd, former Sen. John Edwards, former Sen. Mike Gravel, Rep. Dennis Kucinich, and Gov. Bill Richardson all scheduled to participate.  [all 8 of the candidates].

Moderator:  Moderated by Univision network news anchors Jorge Ramos and Maria Elena Salinas.

Audience: More than 3,000 people.

Broadcast: Broadcast live in primetime on the Univision Network, RadioCadena Univision (AM Radio Network) and online at Univision.com.

Format: Ninety minutes.  No opening or closing statements.  One minute responses.  All questions in Spanish, and all responses in English; simultaneous translation via UN style translation devices (ear pieces).

Background: Univision billed this as "the first-ever Presidential Candidate Forum designed specifically for Hispanic Americans – addressing the issues that matter most to the Hispanic community."

Additional Notes:
-This is not one of the DNC sanctioned debates.
-Univision is attempting to reschedule the Republican forum initially scheduled for September 16.
