[Music] Sen. Feingold:  This is Senator Russ Feingold.  Across our country, things are pretty tough. From fewer and fewer good paying jobs to more and more people losing their homes and their savings, Bush’s economic policies have been a disaster, and John McCain's tax plan is just more of the same.

Male Announcer: McCain's economic plan?  Tax breaks for big oil and companies shipping jobs overseas, but nothing for 100 million hard-working Americans.

And McCain would tax health insurance benefits for the first time ever, meaning higher income taxes for Wisconsin families.

Barack Obama's plan?  Three times more middle-class tax relief than John McCain.  He'll end tax breaks for companies that ship jobs overseas, and he won't tax healthcare.

Sen. Feingold: This is Senator Russ Feingold.  Barack Obama understands what we’re going through.  I trust him to turn things around and he’s got my vote.

Sen. Obama: I’m Barack Obama, candidate for president, and I approve this message because I know with new policies focused on jobs and the middle class, we can lift our economy and our country.
