Communications director on Rudy Giuliani's NH primary campaign.  Press secretary to U.S. Sen. John Sununu starting 2005; he joined Sununu’s staff in 2003.  Worked for U.S. Rep. Charlie Bass in Washington, DC and as a field representative on Bass’s successful 2002 reelection. Grappone was a reporter for the Concord Monitor.  He also has experience working as a field manager for the New Hampshire Republican State Committee and on President George W. Bush’s 2000 primary campaign in New Hampshire.  Graduate of Georgetown University.  Native of New Hampshire.

Coalitions/operations director on McCain's NH primary campaign before the July 2007 restructuring.  In 2006 Goulette and former Congressman and State Supreme Court Justice Chuck Douglas formed the Property Protection Alliance of New Hampshire, a political committee.  72-Hour director on the New Hampshire Republican State Committee's Victory '04 program.  Worked as litigation support director for Chuck Douglas’ law firm in Concord, NH.  In 2002 he worked as a field operative on former U.S. Sen.
