Chairman U.S. Rep. Tom Cole (OK-4)
Elected to Congress in Nov. 2002.  Chief of staff at the RNC, 1999-2000.  Oklahoma Secretary of State, 1995-99.  Founding partner and past president of Cole Hargrave Snodgrass and Associates (CHS & Associates), a consulting and survey research firm based in Oklahoma City, 1998-2002.  Executive director of the NRCC, 1991-93.  Member of the Oklahoma State Senate, 1988-91.  Chair of the Oklahoma Republican Party, 1985-89.  District director to U.S. Rep. Mickey Edwards (R-OK), 1982-84.  Served on the faculty at the University of Oklahoma and at Oklahoma Baptist University.  B.A. from Grinnell College, 1971; M.A. from Yale University, 1974; Ph.D. from the University of Oklahoma, 1984.  Cole is currently the only Native American serving in Congress.

Previously chief of staff in Cole's congressional office.  Started in congressional politics working in the district office of U.S. Rep. Herbert Bateman (R-Newport News) and then served as his legislative director.  From the Hampton Roads area.

Field Director Brian Walsh
Political director on Tom Kean Jr.'s campaign for U.S. Senate in New Jersey in 2006.  Worked on incumbent retention at the NRCC.  Chief of staff to U.S. Rep. Ginny Brown-Waite (R-FL) after managing her campaign in 2002.
 
 
Finance Director Janice Knopp
(announced Jan. 2, 2007)  Knopp came to the NRSC from the RNC where she was Director of Marketing/Deputy Finance Director since 1997; she started at the RNC as Director of Marketing in 1993.  Previously she worked for ten years at Odell, Roper & Simms, a direct marketing consulting firm.  Staffer for Congressman Cleve Benedict (R-WV) in 1982.  A marketing representative for two daily newspapers in Charleston, WV.  Graduate of West Virginia University; West Virginia native.
 
Director of Major Donor Programs Heather Patterson
Previously worked on major donor programs at the RNC.
