charged
Clinton with making "intellectually dishonest attacks." The Obama
campaign held a conference call in the afternoon. Obama senior
foreign
policy advisor Susan Rice termed Clinton's speech "in large measure a
recapitulation
and repackaging of the speech Sen. Obama gave on Sept. 12." Rice
said Clinton left a number of questions unanswered and is playing
politics
