| Dec. 15, 2008--After signing the test book and multiple copies of the Certificate of Vote, electors also had to sign the Sealing of the Votes. Rep. Sheila Hixson then handed the envelope to Secretary of State John P. McDonough. Electors were also presented with ceremonial pens. |
