| February 27, 2006--The Natural Resources Committee, chaired by Gov.
Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Gov. Huntsman (R-UT), focused on "The Potential
Impact of Emerging Energy Technologies on U.S. Energy Policy." They
heard from an Energy Department official and representatives of Exxon Mobil
and the Natural Resources Defence Council.
