| February 28, 2006--Govs. Jon Huntsman (R-UT) and Janet Napolitano (D-AZ)
spoke to reporters after the Western Governors' Association meeting.
The Association passed a resolution on U.S.-Mexico Border Security and
Illegal Immigration.
The Western Governors' Association encompasses 18 Western states and Guam, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands. Other regional groups are the Coalition of Northeastern Governors, the Midwestern Governors Association, and the Southern Governors' Association. |
